HotDoc text messages

Our clinic has started to use HotDoc. With this app we are able to send patients appointment reminders as well as recall of results and other health preventative messages.

If you have had any testing such as pathology, radiology or if we have received correspondence from the hospital or your specialist, your doctor will check these. If they wish to discuss anything with you, you will receive a text message to contract the clinic to make a NON-URGENT appointment.

If there are any URGENT, life threatening results, we would call you.

You may also get a text message that reads you have a health message. These messages are sent to patients if you your doctor has placed you on a recall such as; blood test, radiology, immunization colonoscopy and etc.
